A group cooking class or interactive dining event is a great way for friends and family to gather together, learn something new, and enjoy an amazing meal.  Chef Matt will work with you to create a challenging and delightful menu.  We will supply all the ingredients and equipment, while Matthew walks you through every step from creating to plating.  Whether you are a novice or foodie, this is a great way to get everyone involved in the process of creating a fabulous dinner party.  You and your guests may participate as much or as little as you would like.  Along the way we will snack on hors d'oeuvres prepared by the chef.  You may also enjoy wine, beer, champagne, while learning the why and how of all I do in the kitchen.

Its a very interactive and social way to share a meal with friends and family. This menu is completely customizable. Paella is a great option to round off a selection of the above tapas and creat a truly unique tapas evening.
I prepare paella in the traditional way, outside, over an open flame.  Incorporating fresh local seafood, spiced sausage, chicken and saffron into a generations old family recipe.

Any menu can be incorporated into a hands on cooking class lead by Chef Matt, or create a custom menu with the chef for a one of a kind experience.
